Our palletizers with layer deposit (bottom or top entrey) allow you to reach a production rate from 500 bags/hour to 1.800 bags/hour.
Bags are oriented and layers are built row by row. Each layer is squared and pressed to optimize pallet geometry.
Some options can be added such as bag flattener, the deposit of bottom sheets onto empty pallet, the deposit of interlayer sheets. Output with motorized rolls to store up to 4 full pallets.

This solution provides automatic palletization of bags for a maximum production capacity of 300 bags/hour. The benefits of a granty palletizer is its modularity, reduced footprint and enhanced ergonomics. Granty palletizer pick up layers, rows or individual products one at a time. Products are oriented consistently onto the pallet. Options can be added : full pallets can be removed manually or automatically with a variety of conveyor. Empty pallets can be positioned manually or automatically with an automatic pallet dispenser and conveyor or a specially designed end of arm tool equiped for pallet handling, stretch wrapping station can be added.

ACEMMA integrates KUKA or FANUC anthropomorphic robots only. The reduce footprint and the higher production rate up to 600bags/hour are their best advantages.
This solution also provides a maximum versatility in the pallet creation, the robot can not only handle bags but also empty pallet and interlayer. This is a very flexible solution that can work with pallet conveyor.

According to your needs, ACEMMA offers semi and fully automatic models in turnable (25 pallets/hour) or straddles (50 pallets/hour).
The straddle solution wraps unstable and tighter with less film.
We also offer fully automatic shrink wrapping machine (100 pallets/hour) to garantuee waterproof packaging.
The stretch wrapping systems require no operator. Pallet loads are brought to the machine via conveyor and are automatically stretch wrapped.
